5:30 PM ~ 8:30 PM – WC Division Weigh-Ins / Credential Pick-up In-Person Referee Training – 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Location – Hampton Inn Queen Creek, 20768 E Maya Rd, Queen Creek AZ 85142) Saturday, February 22, 2025 (Crismon High School, Queen Creek, Arizona 85142) (Tentative Schedule) 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM – Referees, Coaches & Volunteers meeting 8:30 AM – Staging for all Forms / Weapon / WC Black Belts Division – Junior & Senior 9:00 AM -12:30 PM – All Traditional Forms / Weapons Competitions / Board Breaking 9:00 AM – Sports Poomsae Report Directly to the competition ring 11:00 AM- Noon – Demonstration Team Competition 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM – Opening Ceremony / Lunch Break 12:30 PM – Staging for All WC Olympic Sparring/ All belt sparring 1:00 PM- 6 PM – Olympic Sparring Every attempt will be made to be ahead of schedule. Please be prepared to report for staging ON TIME! |

| Eligibility | 2025 AAU membership is mandatory, if you are not on the 2025 AAU membership roster or if you do not have your 2025 membership card, you will be required to join AAU. You can register online at www.aausports.org or www.aautaekwondo.org. |
| Coach Pass | $65 Coaching Pass
To coach at this event, you must take the 2024-2025 AAU Online Coach’s course Coach’s attire will be enforced at this tournament. NO EXCEPTIONS. Warm-up pants and official blue AAU shirt. Coach’s shirt can be purchased at the tournament venue or online at https://www.aamasupply.com |
